    Active Ingredients:
    Sodium bicarbonate, Glycerol, Propylene Glycol, Deionized Water, Triethanolamine, Carbomer, Carboxymethyl, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Menthol

  • Directions of use:
    • (1) Submerge mouth tray in hot water for 5 seconds
    • (2) Place tray on your teeth to form an impression
    • (3) Trim the formed trays, cutting at the gum-line
    • (4) Fill the trays with whitening gel along the teeth impression before wearing the tray
    • (5) Brush and rinse your mouth thoroughly after whitening
    • Use for 30 minutes to one hour daily for 10 days or when needed
